Berry Pond Motel- Old Gilligan's
 

I had posted something about the former Gilligan's in the new Restaurants thread last week or so because the for sale sign was down and the closed sign went back on th roadside sign. Today the Gilligan's sign came down and the oval support was painted the same color as the Berry Pond Motel sign which is right next door.

Anyone know the story behind the story?

I was wondering as well, and I have nothing to offer...

I was told that the owner of the Berry Pond Inn purchased the the old resteraunt building. I am assuming at auction, but not sure. I was also told by the same individual that the owner has no current plans for the building.
