The Restaurant- Wolfeboro
 

We went to The Restaurant in Wolfeboro this evening and it was outstanding. I had fish and chips, which were fantastic. The Wings are real good and available with three sauces. The veggie rangoons were perfect with again three dipping sauces. How can you go wrong with PBR on tap and great burgers (according to another member of our party).

Our server was Dennis, he was great- attentive without being overly so.

Kudos to The Restaurant!

Isn't it great to go to a restaurant and get great food.... and want to pay!!
We go to The Restaurant often and love it !!

Hate to pay somewhere else for mediocre food.. ( tourist traps)

I've Been Twice...
 

...since I've been up here and both times I sat at the bar and had Dennis as my server. Top notch!

First time I had the crab cake (good) and the burger with Gorgonzola and Portabella mushrooms (outstanding).

Second time I wasn't that hungry (just didn't feel like cooking and wanted to get out of the cabin) so I got the Restaurant salad, oysters (on special), and shrimp cocktail (they're grilled so it's a different take on a classic). The salad and oysters were great but I wish the shrimp were bigger. But again, it was interesting and different that they were grilled.

Great place, great atmosphere, great people!

Hey VB: we went with friends for lunch on Sat 8/7 and sat outside on patio. Food was terrific, service was outstanding, prices were fair. What more can you ask??? The fish tacos are a little tricky to eat without making a complete mess - think 2 year old with spaghetti - but delish.
