Wall Falling into Lake - Need contractor

We just FINALLY bought a home on the lake and over the last two weeks, I've watched my wall ease into the lake.
:(
Not something we were planning for when we bought the house and was missed in the inspection. We knew it wasn't the Great Wall of China, but thought we'd at least get a winter out of it. No luck!

I searched this site, but couldn't find anyone, as most post were regarding dock repairs. I'm looking for a reliable contractor if anyone could make recommendations, it would be much appreciated.

Great site. Been a reader for several years.

Thanks

The first thing that i would do is speak with my lawyer about the seller being responsibile. In one of my past homes a simular thing happend to me and the seller was on the hook. I would call Winnipesaukee Marine. They install and repair stone walls at the water line.
Good Luck

Call Dave Farley @ Diversified Marine 603-630-2259. He works from both the land & the water and may have an idea how to do the work without impacting your yard/lawn

Lakeshore Construction of Wolfeboro

I had my lakefront wall rebuilt (approx. 80 lineal feet) last winter by Steve Fair of Lakeshore Construction in Wolfeboro. He did a fabulous job and was reasonably priced. He could do my work from the land as we had good access and we avoided the high fees of using a barge, etc. He was tremendous. His cell number is 603-470-9481. At least give him a call.....it will be well worth it.

Thank you for the recommendations. I will reach out to the contractors and start the process of getting some quotes and learn what the best way to rebuild the wall, so I don't ever have to spend the $ again.
Also, it looks like I'm fortunate that they can access it from land and avoid the additional cost.
