Invalid Email Addresses
 

When posting a Classified Ad, a Lake Links site, or register on the Forum please take care to include a valid email address.

Every day emails are bounced back to me as undeliverable and the problem is getting worse.

I frequently have to delete classified ads that are getting responses that can not get through because the email address is invalid. Just today I received 4 returned responses to an ad for a lot on Rattlesnake Island. I had no choice but to delete the ad although it was working well. These are lost opportunities just because of carelessness.

I also see many new Forum memberships stuck in limbo because the membership was set up with a bad email address. Without a valid email address the registration process can not be completed.

Please double check the email address you post when using the site. Without it you can't be contacted.
