Help finding mooring/slip

I need some suggestions on where I can find a reasonably priced mooring or slip for my 25' Crownline Cruiser. Location doesn't matter all that much to me.

Any input would be great!

Dock Available at Paugus Bay

A neighbor just put out a sign last weekend advertising his dock is available for rent this summer. He is about 7/10 of a mile from the Margate heading toward the Weirs. Sign is up with their telephone number on it. And while it gets pretty windy on that section of Paugus, someone has always kept a boat there. Never saw them have any problems. It's a heavy lift dock with a very nice, large concrete landing area at the water. Parking wouldn't be an issue. Take a drive by if interested. Or I can grab the number for you this weekend.

Ambrose Cove

Ambrose Cove is a nice, small marina on route 109 in Moultonborough. I've kept my boat there for the last 6 seasons. Let me know if you would like their phone number. I'm pretty sure they have slips available.

Wcyc

Come on over to the Wolfeboro Corinthian Yacht Club (WCYC). They have moorings available and are expanding the docks to add more slips too. True, you have to be a member there to take advantage of the facilities, but they do a have a trial membership, where they will rent to you (at the going rate) for a year to try out the club. I did and ended up staying for 28 years and a real pleasure to belong to such a great organization.

It's a premiere facility on the lake, located in the heart of America's Oldest Resort Town. Stop by and check them out.

Here is a link to their web site: http://wcyc-nh.com/

It is hard for me to understand how WCYC makes sense. You pay $15,450.00 for a membership and $500 in annual fees and then $65.00 a foot for your boat slip. The location is certainly top shelf but beyond that it seems overpriced. Why not just go up the street to Goodhue? There always seem to be slips for rent there.

Phone number for rxgriffc

I grabbed the phone number this weekend. It's 617-799-5557. If you call, tell them their neighbor Sue gave you the number.

That's where we keep ours for the winter. No complaints and I think the owners name is George. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Actually , George is not the owner, but he is there all the time.
