Peacock on the side of the road?
 

Was it my imagination, or was there a peacock standing on the side of the road on Moultonborough Neck road last Sunday night? It must have been around 8:15 PM. Since Mrs Belkin saw it when she drove by, I am guessing it was not my imagination. It was a bird and it was big and blue. I did not notice if it moved at all. It was on the right hand side of the road traveling north.

yes, the house right there had a little animal farm going on for a while. We would see the peacock roaming around on it's own along the road quite a bit. They sell fresh eggs from time to time also.

Stopped there 3 or 4 yrs. ago to get a better look at him. He's feisty, but you'll see him patrolling out on the road from time to time. It does make you look twice! LOL

Gives the flowers a run for thier money
 

I often see him standing in the flower bed at the end of the driveway. He's more colorful that the flowers :)
