Castle in the Clouds
 

I know that there were earlier posts about a negative experience at Castle in the Clouds but I must say that we had several wonderful lunches there this summer with our family and grandchildren. Their lobster roll is excellent and reasonable ($18) and the Down East Bloody Mary with a lobster claw was very enjoyable. Service was great and the view can not be beat. Everyone thought that the menu offered excellent choices and we all look forward to lunching there more often next summer.

Agree we had a wonderful lunch there this summer and will return next summer. Also there are great hiking trails that I never availed myself while living in Moultonboro for 30 summers but made up for it as both my wife and I did all 16 trails and 5
Mountains to both earn the patch

I also agree. We went at least 4 times this summer with visitors and no one was ever disappointed! In fact it was the highlight of all visits. Plus we are never bored to see the beauty of the lake and enjoy a wonderful lunch. An added plus is the Brook Trail, past many wonderful waterfalls.
