Alton Bay Boat Ramp Warning
 

Just a warning to everyone, the ice infront and to the left of the ramp is unsafe and several incidents have happened over the weekend. Luckily nobody hurt, but atleast 4 people went through the ice to their neck but were pulled out quickly by icefishermen.
The right side(going down) was ok as of Sunday the 10th but overall the whole area around the ramp is unsafe for any RV and foot traffic.
Hopefully all the Bobhouses are off at this point. Also someone went through over by Downings old ramp. So be very careful. Thanks
