New restaurant going in the William Tell!!!!
 

Just today spoke with one of the new owners of WOODLANDS TAVERN, formerly the William Tell in Alton. They are four young guys from the Tilton/Northfield area who hope to be up and running by Memorial Day, although he said the permitting takes some time. Lots and lots of new changes are in the works, inside and out. Food will be "American fare."

Wow, I'm surprised they are doing essentially the same fare as "The Barn", which is not that far away from the old William Tell.

Some day you and the fam. have to come by and I'll tell you the story of how I was almost thrown out of the US Navy divers course becouse of a wienerschnitzel (er-um) poop!
