Meredith Bay Film Crew
 

Does anybody know what there taping @Meredith Bay? Every morning I go by there is a film crew out by a bob house that is over by Church Landing.

It is a Reality Show called ICEHOLES.... It will be a 8 week series that the Discovery Channel will be airing. Not sure when. The Main focus will be the BOB House that looks like a little cabin with a porch. My understanding is they are paying the main 3 players a healthy payday. I'm pretty sure they will be taping right thru the Winnie derby.

Maybe it's time to rename these shows to "un-reality" due to the unusual way people behave on them. It seems that conflict rules and back stabbing is acceptable. :(

Discovery Channel or Nat'l Geographic TV...?
 

So low and behold, on Saturday morning, this film crew was in front of my house--under my dock, actually--filming a segment on ice fishing. When they took a break, I made small talk, and they told me they were from National Geographic, doing a special on ice fishing. I asked when it would be aired, and they said that they did not know.

NatGeo will also be filming at the Sebago Lake Fishing Derby, Feb 15&16 according to multiple reliable sources....

They held open interviews back a few months ago in Meredith in the pizza place at mills falls. myself along with my girlfriend were 2 of hundreds of people that showed up... With a snowballs chance in you know what of them contacting us back for some camera time on the world of ice fishing Winni. They will be filming heavy around the derby according to them, but as rumor has it they still owe people money from last years filming. And yes it is Nat Geo, not Discovery.
