Pasta Patio building sold?

I drove by the former Pasta Patio on Daniel Webster Hwy in Belmont this morning, and noticed some indoor construction activity (former walls opened up; new walls being erected) plus two shipping container-sized dumpsters in the back. Anyone know what's happening there? :confused:

I heard the ownership at Shooters was opening an Italian restaurant there.

You heard correct...they are hoping for a late May opening.

The town of Belmont is giving them a hard time with just about everything. They're still planning on opening just don't have a set date until they are back under construction.
