Very informative....pretty good read, thanks:)

I thought the level would be higher right now...

.....was up at the lake this past weekend and I had been expecting the level to be higher than it is. We have a rock near us that doesn't typically show itself until mid-summer, and its high-point is already poking through the water.

Am I just weird, (actually, don't answer that...), or are you noticing this where you are??

Just came up yesterday and I, also, expected higher levels.

Pretty much on target by the info in the article.

At 504.06, we are only about 3 inches below full lake. Not bad considering how much snow had to melt off, and the rain we had at the same time, over the Lake Winnipesaukee Watershed area.

As usual, the dam operators have done a nice job of trying to keep up with Mother Nature.

The lake right now is right where it should be to start the season... Not knowing how much more Rain to expect the Dam operators, have to safe guard themselves which they are doing right now... Notice that they are slowly closing the spillway, now that the lake is below the full lake level.

Unfortunately, if you look at the 10-day forecast, it's a good thing the lake still has some reserve capacity! :(
