Alton Masons hosting a Chicken BBQ on 5-31-14
 

The Alton Mason's are hosting a chicken BBQ cooked on their open BBQ pit. The Masonic Lodge is located a quarter mile south of the Alton Traffic Circle. You can eat in, or we can set it up for takeout. Besides the half chicken, you get a baked potato, corn, cole slaw, and dessert. For those eating in, also coffee, tea, water, or lemonade / fruit punch. All for a $10 donation. See the info in the calendar section of this site.

Also watch for the Beanhole supper next month on the 21st.

the Lodge is on the right heading south on Rte 28 from the circle, about a quarter mile from the circle. It is immediately after the River Run Deli.

Great BBQ
 

I went today after I did some serious boat cleaning. Great Chicken BBQ - breast :liplick: and a leg :liplick: with corn on the cob :liplick:, baked potato :liplick:, cole slaw :liplick:, roll :liplick:and watermelon (which I did not have). Plus I had a nice cold bottle of water with it.:liplick:

Great job and thanks to all the Mason's for doing all the cooking and the clean up too! :):):):)
