Looks like the Weirs area is becoming a storage mecca.

I hope that this does not go anywhere.

There are plenty of options for storage of boats already. This is a residential area and one of the main access roads to Weirs Beach. The property was purchased for a very reasonable price and there are already many residential develpment options available to the current owners.

A boat storage facility would be out of character with the neighborhood and a detriment to the value of other properties in the immediate vicinity. People accessing their million dollar homes on Pendleton Beach would have to drive by this commercial facility. (Think Varney Point)

....ok....so's if this boat storage at the former church building goes through.....maybe it could get some catchy name like Last Supper Boat Storage & Bingo .... and non-profit charitable low-stakes bingo games get held six afternoons/week in the chapel of bingo.....maybe name this venue BINGO & BOATS .... and make it a happening go-to place located in the beautiful Pendleton beach area of Laconia, NH:D;)!
