First Weekend of Season!

Here at Arcadia, the season begins on May the first. Looks like a BEAUTIFUL first weekend at camp.
Greeted a woman who had paused on her walk, and she said to me, "this is where I saw my first shooting star 40 years ago." Pretty cool first moment.

We are heading up today to open up the cottage. Sorry, but this is more exciting for me than opening day at Fenway Park!

Soft opening

Due to travel plans I could only run up for a few hours today, but it was long enough to turn the water on. Fortunately it was uneventful. Just aired out the Cabin and worked on some other projects. Sat in the sun after lunch and almost fell asleep. Hope to get back up before Memorial Day.
