Condo Management CO?

Our association needs a new Condo Management company. I have done a search of the forum, and one thread is really old and the other doesn't offer much info.

I've sent out some emails to management companies like Harvard and Evergreen, but looking to get some responses from other condo owners on who they use and opinions on them?

I live in complex that uses Harvard. I believe before I got here that Harvard had been "fired" but then rehired a few years later. I have noticed they seem a bit uneven with responses. Occasionally fast, often slow. They seem competent but stretched thin perhaps.

Our complex uses Harvard as well.

My only real complaint is that their customer website portal is absolute garbage. It only works with IE and basically works and functions like a website from 1997.

Condo Management in the Lakes Region

TPEW Management took over the management of the Samoset Condo project in Gilford about 3 or 4 years ago from Evergreen, and while we still owned there TPW and its on site manager did a very good job, better than Evergreen did in its last days at Samoset (Evergreen started out great when we bought there in 2005- with an on site manager named Susan Clough who was excellent- but by the time we sold in 2012 they had eliminated the on site manager and cut back on services).

TPW's web site is at www.tpwmanagement.com

I would check them out.

Since they already have a presence in the Lakes Region, they would probably be interested in expanding in the area.
