Just Say'in...

How truly Grateful I am for this Wonderful Website, to come to and enjoy So very much. I lived over on Paugus Bay for many years, and for health issues, had to leave to Texas. A part of me and my heart will always remain at the Lake.
This ' Gem of the Web ' and Treasure Chest of info and photos keeps me coming back for More!!
Love, Terry

I hear ya Terry. I just got back home from the lake yesterday. I visit the Forum pretty much every day. It helps to give me a little "fix" in between my visits.

It goes with saying

That this news is upsetting me. I love your photos and "most" of your posts:D.

Your posting can continue on but what am I to do now without some of those photos?

I hope all goes well with your health and you get a chance to come back to the lake now and again.

Take care.

Thanks ToW... As to the photos, if I posted all of the one's I took while living at the Lake, there wouldn't be any room for all of the others...

I'm doing very well these days, Thanks to many, and the VA here in Dallas. Just to show you how stubborn I am, They have been testing me since 2005, and I have fully recovered from an ensuing operation for kidney cancer that was performed almost two years ago now. It did turn out to be a scary operation though, ( not for me ) , as they had to put me in an medically induced coma for seven days.
A brief rundown from a friend who was there by my side through it all...

I think that I will be around for a while longer and will be sharing s'more photos and such... :)

So's Y'all know who to blame for my picture take'in, some Life Magazine photographers gave me my first camera and free film on my family's Coast to Coast trip back in 1952 in our custom built Magic Carpet, when I was only seven years H'old... :)
Love, Terry
