vinyl siding installation needed

we have been trying to get our house and garage siding redone. Our contractor removed all the old siding in the winter but I have been unable to get him to finish the job. There will still be some removal and soffit work and a lot of new vinyl siding to order and put on. Does anyone know a competent firm to do this job. There will be a lot of work as we have a two story house and a separate garage. thanks for your help in advance

Did the contractor leave with your money or did he simply give up on the job without getting paid? Thanks

He had a 50% down payment which was large so will look at legal action . I am not mentioning his firms name at this time as still trying to get this resolved

Good luck with the legal action. It's too bad there are such scum bags out there.

If not resolved, a name would be helpful so other decent people can avoid this contractor and not have to go what you went through...

Just remember that there are about 5 grades of vinyl siding.

And ten shades to vinyl siding contractors.

Have you ever consider fibrecrete? Must more durable and will not fade.
