We used Farm Family out of Concord, Mike Bertelone. He does a package with your primary home, auto and island. It saved me 10% on my car and primary from what I was already paying and got me a great rate on our island home. Being a log home on an island under construction most insurance companies would not even touch it. Mine with builders risk included was only $325 per year on an 1800 square foot place.

i've used Munsey & Brazil out of Laconia for my property for the past five years... and they have been great!

Insurance

I use Slawsby Insurance out of Nashua. They had the best rates when combined with my primary residence and i can access them online as a bonus.:D

Avery

Also use Avery out of Wolfobro, but have had no claims to test them with. Good people to deal with.

Allstate

We used Tracy at Allstate in Wolfeboro (603-569-0110). Since we live out of state and have Allstate on our primary home and cars in CT, it was easy to combine the island and boat in NH. Also, we got the multi-policy discount. Tracy was great - we are building and had to get a builders risk policy also which she was able to do easily.
