Meredith Bay Condos/Townhomes

We currently live in Nashua, and own a condo in Gilford. Thinking of possibly retiring at Meredith Bay. Any thoughts? There is an open house this weekend, so we'll check it out.

Meredith Bay

I have recently seen the Meredith Bay condos called Blue Gill Lodge and the town homes. They are built very well the town homes are right on the bay and the condos are on the other side of Scenic Road but due have views. The condos come furnished. The amenities are very good and expanding every year. It is estimated it will take 10 more years to complete all phases of the community. The owner Southworth is top notch take a look on line and see their other developments. See Kenna DiPiro the sales rep she is very knowledgeable.

Right on the bay? Not exactly. They are behind the railroad tracks and have no docks, no beach, and thus no direct lake access on site. That is what you get for a price of over 1/2 million dollars, you can look at the lake through the trees.

Not Entirely True

That's is not entirely true. Yes the tracs are between the town homes and the Lake but I have been inside three units and the views are incredible. Also with ownership you become a member of Aqwa Vista and have all the amenities including pool beach restaurant and the ability to rent a slip. There is also a Swin dock and picnic area a few 100 yards away only for Meredith Bay residents.
