What an absolute beautiful day to be on the lake!! A friend of mine just had to call me from the water to tell me how great it was out there! Some friend huh!

Now why did I pull my boat last weekend?????....

Dan, I was thinking the same exact thing today. I could see two boats today cruising in Saunders Bay...I stood in my driveway and said, why didn't I wait!

Probably because it's going to snow Sunday night.;)

Just watch out for those King Tides in Florida.

OK. You pulled the boat too soon. Fay';s will give/rent you a couple of hours. They are very supportive of Gilford islanders as I'm sure you know. Too late to say this, huh?

Another spectacular day on the lake! Misty Blue picked us up on the island and headed to breakfast at Mug by the Bay... no problem getting a spot at the Center Harbor docks haha...

If the forecasters are right... the good times are over tomorrow with rain all day and then much colder temps through the week... The Eastern was pulled last week, but the Alumacraft will be in the water till we can't break through the ice :)

Yes it was another beautiful day! Made a trip out to the island with friends and neighbors for just a short visit but it was sure nice to be out!

Yes we were walking on Belknap Point Road looking out at Welch on this beautiful day lamenting the fact that our boat was high and dry. When a Welch neighbor driving by stopped and mentioned a boat ride out to Welch and such if we wanted to go along. Very nice trip out to camp and then a ride around.
