Assume service is out in some areas. We are in Alton. Can't get through to Metrocast on phone.

Metrocast is out in West Alton since last evening.

Metrocast has been out in Gilford since about 7 or so last night. No tv, internet or phone service. Don't try to call them they are so rude they just shut their phones off so they don't have to talk to anyone.

Winter storm conditions caused significant damage to MetroCast network facilities last evening, affecting the services we provide to our customers, as well as our call center facilities. The repair effort involves multiple parties, including environmental crews, commercial power, and other parties, in order for MetroCast crews to safely complete repairs to its network facilities. Given the extent of the damage and the complexity of the repairs, we do not, as of this time, have a specific ETA on restoration. We will post further updates throughout the day. Based on my cams coming back online -- looks like Gilford got its Metrocast up and running at about 3:45p this afternoon

Given the damage I've seen, it's amazing.
