TDS video issues?
 

Hi,

This is for those who have switched to TDS Telecomm for your TV and internet services.

Until recently, I've been very happy with the switch. But for some time now I've been experiencing picture freezing and pixelation with increasing frequency. It seems to be especially problematic in the evenings.

I was willing to believe that it might be a problem with myhome network. But a family member who lives in the western part of the state and also has TDS, states that he is seeing the same.

Can any of you with TDS in the Alton and New Durham areas verify if you are seeing this or not?

We live in Alton and changed last year.... very happy with both the TV reception and the internet. No problems as you describe.
