Recommendation? Need professional to find and screen year round tenants for 2 apts
 

Can anyone recommend a realtor or other professional who can find and screen tenants in the Meredith area? We have two apartments in a house on Main Street that have both become vacant after five years and we would like to engage a professional to find year-round tenants for us. Many thanks in advance.

and I understand that you are looking for a person.... I am a landlord and use this website to do it myself..... very easy to do, effective, and a WHOLE lot less expensive.

The reality is that no one will screen potential tenants better than you.... this makes that process easier and takes a great deal of the work out of it.
