Vinyl Siding
 

I have a pretty significant siding job I need to have done. It's about 54 squares. All the post about siding contractors seem to be dated. Anyone know any good and trustworthy contractors....I live in Gilford.

Our condo complex replaced all of are siding with vinyl, with a wood-grain texture, looks much better than the old wood clapboards !
The vinyl siding has a 50 yr warranty, and NOT pro-rated, I dare you to find that somewhere else !

Here's a second recommendation for Howland Home Improvement. They built a screened porch for me this past spring and did an excellent job. Great craftsmanship and conscientious workers.

Vinyl Sidings
 

Left the condo association with a bad taste in the mouth. Water seeped under the sidings and rotted out the boards because the sidings could not breath. The vinyl faded from the sun and bird droppings effected the finish.

We opt for concrete sidings that looks like real clapboards. The finish and materials have a 50 years warrantee. We had them for ten years and looks as good as new!

My uncle has a farmhouse covered with fibrecrete 40 years ago. Looks as good as new! You can view the farmhouse at Ramblin' Vewe Farm on Morrill Street in Gilford.
