Boat gas prices
Any recent figures on gas prices on the Lake? BOATNH site doesn't have anything more recent then Sept 13.
|
It really isn't as bad as it may seem. The last time we were up there (and this was right after Katrina hit) the gas prices on the water were cheaper than the ones here in Nashua (Land). I don't know how bad it is now.

$3.58 @ Anchor Marine last Sun
... I'll send info to other site when I get a chance.

I'm going out today, I'll post MVYCs when I get back.

Thurston & Channel Marine were in the $3.50 range when we fueled last sunday nite before leaving.
|
I paid 3.35 @ Wolfeboro Yacht Club Saturday 9/24. Not too bad considering...

Fuel availability!!!
Boaters PA-leeez keep an eye on your tank level. Many marinas are now on off season hours and the place where you got gas last time just might be closed this time, especially mid-week. A ten gallon fuel drop will cost you a lot more than three bucks a gallon!

Unless you are a member of one of the towing companies you will be shelling out over a hundred bucks an hour for the fuel delivery. Membership is just smart. Keeping the old tank full is smarter. Misty. |
