Looking for a cottage

The Wife and I would like to host her sister and husband for a week on the lake this summer (sometime in July up to the 3rd week of August). we would need 2 Bedrooms and a dock to accommodate a 24' bowrider. We are looking to spend up $2500 for the week. Tried VRBO et al, but it seems like most places are already rented. Anyone know of a property available or a good real estate or rental agency? Thanks for the help!;)

Believe it or not this is kind of late to the pretty but I would try RE Max/Bayside Rentals in Moultonborough. I'm sure they can point you in the right direction

If Laconia works -- try Abakee cottages.

Efficiency cottages, waterfront, nice beach and limited number of slips (24' not a problem)

PM me and I can give you owners name and a reference.

Naswa, Ames Farm, or other resorts? Some have both cottages and docks. I expect last summer's renters signed up when they were here last summer for 2020.

We use to rent before we bought 5 years ago. I would always have to wait until January because that's when my wife could put in for her vacation weeks for the new year. By then it was slim pickings.
Most people book it right when their week is up for the next season.
We rented for 7 seasons on different lakes and it seamed like every year we payed more for a worse place so we finally bought a place before prices went crazy.

We found a camp!

We found a camp through Bayside rentals! We had looked at the same camp through VRBO but we would have paid $400 more for the week for the same camp. We booked direct and saved $400 so thank you very much to Joey and Gary for the referral! :)
