Sugar Shacks/Pancake Houses

Hi.
Someone posted about Benton's Sugar Shack on my "unique breakfasts by boat" thread, and we tried it this morning (not by boat, of course), and it was AWESOME. And thank you.

So, what other, similarly delicious/NH'ey, options should we be hitting up? We've done Polly's, Parker's, and Heritage Farm in Sanbornton and plan on hitting up Ames Farm next season. I'm thinking there's gotta be some smaller, less known, places people know of...

Some more info on Benton's Sugar Shack in Thornton

Great food, but be prepared for a wait. They are only open on weekends and all the locals know the place well. :D

Some weekend you get lucky and they will be boiling down syrup in the room attached to the dining area ad will let you come in for a self tour.

When we had our place in Campton we would always swig over and endure the wait.

We were there at 7:30 Saturday (this past—Columbus Day weekend) and were second in line. I like that they have a sign-in, so you can walk around a bit and check out the syrup process.
