Moultonborough Taylor property - again....
 

On July 1 the Selectmen finally voted to demo the Taylor Property.

Over the last 5 years there has been so many "factions" formed over what to do with it.

Save it? Rehab it? Sell it (maybe Huggins?), Tear it down? Put a Community Center on it? Maybe we should fix just the porches? Is the septic any good? How about the windows? Is it true the wiring is unsafe? Is the foundation sound or not sound? Maybe an office complex? "Seven to save"?

When it was acquired by the town in 2014 I don't think anyone would have seen how incredibly hard it would be to decide what to do with it!
