Buffet?
 

I sometimes enjoy pigging out at a buffet, and as far as I can tell the only buffet in the lakes region is the Chinese one in Belmont, if it is still open.

Seems to me that a Golden Corral Buffet and Grill might be a nice fit, but for the drop off in winter time.

Locate it in Gilford in a high traffic area and rake in the moolah.

If not a Golden Corral then perhaps a healthier one such as salad-focused Sweet
Tomatoes / Soup Plantation.
