Lemon Law Attorney

Looking for a local Lemon Law attorney. Any recommendations? I’m in Gilford…

Thanks!

Hi,

Just went through this last year and did it on my own, here's a link. It's a pretty straightforward process.

In addition to pursuing a claim via the lemon law process, check online to see whether there have been sufficient complaints about the problem to induce attorneys to have filed a class action lawsuit to address the problem.

We had a problem with oil consumption on our 2021 CX-5 Turbo and I found out about a pending class action: the result was that all members of the affected class got new valve guides inserted for free, independent of a warranty claim.

I had talked to an Attorney at this firm years ago. The Attorney had formerly worked for a Big 3 auto manufacturer handling Lemon Law claims so he knows what the manufacturers weak points are. He did tell me they recover everything including registration fees, even if you added things like a trailer hitch. They also get Attorney's fees from the manufacturer.

The website says Florida but if they don't do other states maybe they will give you a referral. The Attorney I spoke with was pretty impressive.

No Im smarter than that!… actually the vehicle brand in question I still have ultimate faith in and would buy another in a heart beat! Unfortunately a manufacturing defect occurred in one plant during a certain timeframe that caused catastrophic failure to the engine with only 15,000 miles on it…they will buy it back….

Just finished dealing with Chevrolet. GM has a huge problem with their 5.3 engines from 2019-2020. The lifters are a problem and they are well aware. I think it affects the Tahoe, Escalade and Silverados.

My daughter just had her GMC Suburban 5.3 engine replaced. Failed at 20k miles. Took two months for a replacement engine. She had her lemon law hearing scheduled for this Month and was surprised when they called and said it was fixed

Fixed or not, hopefully she had GM buy it back...The resale value loss as well as the over 30 days downtime is more than enough to implement NH Lemon Law. She could get 100% buy back to include all tax, title and registration fees as well as ALL attorney fees per NH state law...That is what I am doing...
