Lemon Law Attorney
Looking for a local Lemon Law attorney. Any recommendations? I’m in Gilford…
Thanks! Dan |
Hi,
Just went through this last year and did it on my own, here's a link. It's a pretty straightforward process. https://www.dmv.nh.gov/vehicles-boat...oard-lemon-law |
In addition to pursuing a claim via the lemon law process, check online to see whether there have been sufficient complaints about the problem to induce attorneys to have filed a class action lawsuit to address the problem.
We had a problem with oil consumption on our 2021 CX-5 Turbo and I found out about a pending class action: the result was that all members of the affected class got new valve guides inserted for free, independent of a warranty claim. |

I had talked to an Attorney at this firm years ago. The Attorney had formerly worked for a Big 3 auto manufacturer handling Lemon Law claims so he knows what the manufacturers weak points are. He did tell me they recover everything including registration fees, even if you added things like a trailer hitch. They also get Attorney's fees from the manufacturer.
https://florida.lemonlawgrouppartners.com/ The website says Florida but if they don't do other states maybe they will give you a referral. The Attorney I spoke with was pretty impressive. |

Just finished dealing with Chevrolet. GM has a huge problem with their 5.3 engines from 2019-2020. The lifters are a problem and they are well aware. I think it affects the Tahoe, Escalade and Silverados.
