Steamers and Lobster
 

Where is everyone getting steamers and lobsters to cook at home up at the lake?

I have a request for them and not sure the best place to get them.

Market Basket?
Hannaford?

Anywhere else?

If up in the Moultonborough/Tuftonboro area, I'd check with Captain Bart's.

Heath's usually runs an annual lobster sale in late July, but I've not seen anything about it yet.

The Lobster Connection in Tilton right near Mosquito bridge has always treated us excellent with fresh quality seafood….

Market Basket lobsters $9.99 per pound when NOT on sale. Not sure of local prices. I believe they have steamers as well....Plymouth or Tilton.

If you're in the Meredith area, Sal's at Moulton Farm has awesome fresh seafood, (Thurs - Sat only, however)

Captain Barts it was.

I called not knowing they are closed on Sunday and without me asking he offered to open up and meet me there.

Nice clean steamers at a good price. Better than handing money over to Hannaford.
