Lakes Congress June 5
The annual conference organized by NH Lakes is set for June 5 at the Grappone Center. Keynote will be about getting people enthused about our lakes and much more later in the day.

There should be enough lake front STRs to handle that.
The State's issue is the short term renting without paying the M&R tax. The local issue seems to be the desire of some property owners to expand into areas that are not even close to the lake. We saw this during the last super cycle when real estate listings would have a Franklin/Hill property listed in a Boston newspaper with the details stating "near Lake Winnipesaukee". |
