Giuseppe delivers

Giuseppe at Mill Falls delivers, at least they did last year.

Also, in my HUMBLE opinion, it is the best in the Lakes Region.

Check it out. :liplick:

They do not deliver. It was determined that a hug from Pepper was much better in person than from the delivery guy so it was discontinued!

They are indeed close by, within easy walking distance.

Pepper may not deliver, but its almost worth the walk. Gilford house makes a good pie and delivers, they have a family special, 2 large 1 toppings for about $15. I don't think Domino's delivers down to the Weirs, but I've never asked. If you take a spin down to the boardwalk there's Brooksides and pizza by the slice at a few places. The best one though (I mean, besides Peppers) is Sal's at the Belknap Mall. Its a 10-15 minute ride, but well worth it.

...friday is pizzarama day @ Heath's!

If you are totally busted after paying your property tax and live on an island, this store is for you! While they do not deliver, Heath's supermarket is accessible by boat via the Centre Harbor town docks and offers a big thick yummy three dollar or five dollar 12" pizza on Friday from 3-6pm. Choose from any or all of bacon, sausage, broccolli, mushroom, meatball, ham, pineapple, olives, onions and cheese and something else I forget, and then it's plastic shrink wrapped and ready for either the oven or the freezer. Plus, the 8% meals tax does not apply, probably because it is not ready-to-eat until it is baked. Like they say..........highest quality and lowest cost plus the freebie, give-a-way courtesy $7.49/lb, hawaiian coconut coffee by Vermont coffee roasters hits the spot. So, whether you live in a 26 million dollar mansion on Clay Point or are homeless and live under a bridge, Heath's is your type of store, and you can get there by boat!

Frank99 - Sorry, we discontinued delivery service early last year. It's far too difficult to navigate the neighborhood for deliveries with the volume of traffic during the season.;)

If you're staying at Christmas Island resort, I would definately not recommend trying to walk to our place - it's a bit of a hike, and on a treacherous road with no sidewalks!

You can get delivery service to CI resort from Dominoes on Union Avenue, Kassidy's on Union Avenue, and from Gilford House of Pizza on Rte. 11.

Hope that helps! :)

thanks for the help

Thank you everyone for the help! we will be staying at the lazy-e Have read all great things about peppers and will probably take the ride to try it out.

Mr. V 06-06-2006 10:06 AM

Sorry, I hadn't thought about the summer traffic presenting a hazard to pedestrians.

"As the crow flies," the walk isn't all that far between the two points, and it would help burn off those calories, but yes, it would be safer to drive I suppose.
