Please try John Byers at Maxfield Real Estate in Center Harbor (253-9360). He worked with us for over six months as we looked for land in the lakes region, spent countless hours researching properties and walking them with us. He spent even more time working with us as we negotiated on a property in New Durham - that deal failed because the Selectmen denied our application for a building permit on a Class VI road but that is another longer story... John was with us every step of the way through three or four Selectman's meetings, two site walks and one very long Planning Board meeting... when it all fell apart, John was back the next day with a new list of properties and he eventually led us to our new home in Sandwich. His insight was invaluable in helping us close the deal, you will not be disappointed if you decide to work with him.
