"Twas the night before Christmas and all around the lake....

The lake was not stirring
No boats and no wakes

...Not a sound being made from the unfrozen lake....:(

The water wasn't freezing and alas no snow.

....Getting worried for the derby and the events that shall follow....

The boys dragged the bobbies to the shore on their sleds,
While thoughts of warm weather filled them with dread;

The Babes on their Sleds and Forum Flyers in their caps

when out of the corner of their eyes did appear
what looked like a piece of someone's lost pier......

On Dancer on Blitzen.. bring on the snow
I want to enjoy winter before I'm to old

But alas the temps have not gone too low
Rain's all we get 'cause it hasn't been cold.

Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way!
Oh, what fun it is to ride in a two-up snowmobile!


Crossing the snowy trails, going down to the frozen lake, and then buzzing for miles across that huge shining white frozen lake.

Winter is finally here! Sure, it got off to a bit of a slow start, oh what fun it is to play with a new ice auger zipping through 18" of ice......oh jingle bells...jingle bells....what a terrific year for a new snowmobile......lots of snow & ice....!

Oopsie-doopsie-.....hey, this weather can never last.....so everyone just get out and enjoy it.....soon the temps will drop to the deep-freeze, and then everything with winter will be right again......oh jingle bells.....jingle bells....

I heard him exclaim as he rode out of sight..
