Thanks

At one time Diamond Shine in Gilford was the benchmark. Not sure if that's the case anymore.

If it's stricly the exterior -- ever consider giving a couple of high school kids the tools & opportunity ??

I called Attention to detail. Keith gave me a date, then blew me off because he got to busy. Not the way I run my business.

Boat Detailing

I own a car detailing business down in Massachusetts that specializes in top quality work. I have buffed a handful of boats which have turned out great. I am looking to do more work up in the lakes region this spring, so please visit my website to look at some of the cars I have detailed! I promise top quality work at a good price. My company name is Continental Detail and you can find us at ContinentalDetail.com. Thank you for your consideration!

I've heard that this year getting a boat detailed is tough, everyone is backed up. My buddy is having a tough time getting someone to do his. I personally heard one of the local guys turn down work because he doesn't have enough people to do it.

So it may be a good time for a new player.

Belmont Resident 04-24-2012 03:31 PM

New player yes

But keep the work and the money local, please.

I have a house on the lake and I live up there for long periods. Many of my neighbors mentioned the difficulty in getting their boats worked on. I am hoping to hire workers who live around the area to help me with the work. Thank you!

If you are going to do that then I hope you plan on registering your business with the state and complying with NH laws on insurance requirements and what not like the rest of us do.

Rick Niquette at Ship Shape Marineworks. He's the best in the business. Does a wonderful job. He'll also fix your canvas or recover your seats of they're damaged. Highly recommend him. 528-7769 is the number.

Best Boat Detailing Around!!

If you are looking for a top notch job - John and his crew at Diamond Shine in Gilford is the way to go! This is the second time we've taken a boat into their shop and we cannot say enough about the work they do. We dropped off an 11 year old boat that was definitely looking it's age. The faded gel coat really took away from the boat. We got on their list to get an appointment, the wait wasn't all that bad. Day of appt we delivered our boat and 2 days later we got back what looked like a brand new boat! They truly are amazing!! See for yourself the before and after of our boat on their FB page! https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...4094738&type=1

https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...4094738&type=1

Don't think twice about going there if you want your boat to cleaned - there really is no one else that can work the magic of John and Diamond Shine!

John Spooner is the ONLY guy I will let touch my Donzi!

Folks ship their boats up from as far away as FL for a diamond shine. This year he uses nano technology in his chemicals to give you a shine, second to none. He does mobile detailing. He is wicked busy so don't expect him to come the next day.

Bandrews7 07-17-2014 08:18 PM

Wow that is amazing.

PaugusBayFireFighter 07-17-2014 09:26 PM

As I mentioned before, my son is one of the guys working for John, maybe he did your boat? He says John's chemicals are top of the line and he never skimps. I've seen many before and afters and I am always blown away.

Great Work!

John does one of my boats every year at seasons end. His work is always top notch and fair in price.

Boat Detailing

Mark Rancourt at 603-235-1999.

He details boats, cars, RV's, SUV's etc.

He has all the latest equipment and cleaners and does an excellent job. Has been at it for at least 11 years.

Highly recommended.

Diamond 2 09-27-2014 01:50 PM

Thank you guys for all of the recommendations! and to answer a few questions; We don't currently have a website (hoping to work on another one this winter) but our facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/DiamondShineBoatDetailing

And our Email is DiamondShine@MyFairpoint.net

As a warning, we do get extremely busy in the spring till AT LEAST Memorial day. In 2014 we were booked out months ahead of time, but fall is a great time to have your boat detailed before it goes away and this year we are offering 15% off clean and waxes with shrinkwrapping! That way your boat goes away clean and you wont have to wait to get it back

Thank you all again for all of your nice comments over the years!
