Taste of Tuscany

I was just reading a blurb somewhere that mentioned a restaurant called Taste of Tuscany, I think in Moultonboro. Does anyone know of it? I live in M'boro and have never heard of it.

I think they meant Meredith. Moultonboro desperately needs more restaurants though.

This Anthony’s “Old World Pizza". It is now owned by the Clayton brothers. They are hoping to add some new items to the menu and upgrade the quality of products used. They have a really good sauce, "Gravy" :liplick:, meatballs :liplick:and sweet sausages :liplick:. They seem to off on right foot.

do they still have pizza and has anyone tried it

I just tried their Pizza and found it to have thicker dough and less greasy/less salty than Anthony's had been. I liked it. I used to be able to inhale Anthony's pizza. It's definitely more chewy now, and took me longer to eat a slice but the toppings were good. Anthony's was more typical of the pizza I ate on countless college evenings (and mornings) while the new owners seem to be producing more of a restaurant-style. It seems like they're trying to go more upscale but they still sell it by the slice... still welcoming us 'normal folk.'

I agree, Anthonys had the best in the area (IMHO)

I always loved Anthonys but over the last couple of years, anytime I got a pizza it was always burnt. The new place, the pizza is just as good and they don't burn em anymore!
