Low Levels During Winter of 2001

Does anyone know where I can find some pictures of the lake during the dam work that took place in 2001? I guess the lake was down about 10 feet or so during the work.

Thanks,
Brian

During the winter of 2001-2002, the lake was only down about 14 inches below normal. It wasn't dam work, it was lack of precipitation between July and December. See the lake-level graph at http://www.bizer.com/lakelog.png

I seem to remember being in Tuftonboro during the winter and remarking how far out the lake level was (ice then).

What year (on your graph) was the lowest level of the lake since keeping history? I see a gray line trailing off to the right.

It was 2001 and has now been marked as such.
