Need dock-raising advice
 

The system of cables and pulleys used to raise my wooden dock on Cow leaves a lot to be desired. I am not sure that the system as designed is even all that safe.

I don't need anything too elaborate, but I would like to hire someone to design and/or install a new system. Does anyone have any good recommendations for names of people to contact for this kind of island work?
