Gilligans im Moultonborough
 

The now vacant Gilligans restaurant is being offered at $160,000. It is assessed at $482,000 and was bought by the current owner in 2005 for $435,000. I know the building needs a lot of work, but that is some huge loss of value.
This building was built in 1820 and was a boarding house many years ago. What a good opportunity maybe for the Moultonborough Heritage Commission and to take an interest? Would be a shame to lose another piece of history.
