Where'e The Info??

Unfortunately there is no information on the site other than the date of the event...??

How do you sign up? Where can I find more info on the course and logistics of the boating aspect??

While I realize this is strictly for fun and a good cause more info needs to be made available for people to start planning.

Thanks!

Dan

Dan...

The boating aspect requires you to go to different points on the lake and get a poker chip... this you turn in for your cards. The boating aspect is very loosely organized... no mass of boats crossing the lake in a group. you run it at your own pace.... its a good time! The hard part is docking back at the Naswa!

Hi Woodsy;

Thanks! Pretty familiar with poker runs and this sounds like a fun event to attend.. I was really trying to figure out how you sign up or where the starting point even is. There is no info whatsoever on the link posted above.

You can register by phone 1-888-368-8880 and probably get more info. at Easters Seals. There are brochures out now so keep your eyes open. All the HK stores should have them as well as the Naswa.

Thanks! I just signed up!

If you make an additional donation to Eater Seals you can also reserve a slip and table at the Naswa! Easter Seals is a great organization to support!

See you at the Naswa!

10th Annual Easter Seals Poker Run is here!

Greetings from Poker Run Headquarters!

We noticed a thread going that mentioned our big poker run coming up on July 10th and wanted to join so that we can provide additional information.

This year we'll be celebrating our 10th anniversary of the Easter Seals Land & Lake Poker Run on Saturday, July 10th. There are checkpoints on both land and lake---and you can start at any checkpoint from 9am-10:30am. We offer this choice as participants come from all New England states, which means it is actually easier if they can start from their closest checkpoint.

This is a non-race event, unlike other poker runs you may be familiar with. It is primarily to participate in the spirit of enjoying Lake Winnipesaukee while helping children and adults with disabilities and special needs.

I'd be happy to answer any additional questions---or even register you for the day of play! Please call toll-free 1-888-368-8880 or you may view more information online at www.eastersealsnh.org and click on the poker run.

Thanks for showing interest in our HOTTEST summer event! We hope to see many of you out there on the 10th as we have NEW features added in honor of our 10th anniversary!

Who's Going??

So who is going to the "Easter Seals Poker Run" this Saturday?? This thread has been kinda dead considering the run is just a couple days away.

This is a great benefit cause and sounds like a lot of fun to be had!

Hope to see some of you there!

Working

Unfortunately, this will be the first poker run I miss since inception. I will be at the beach bar after I get out of work at 5.
