Musicians needed...

I should add that the Marketplace is searching for musicians/entertainers willing to sign up for one, or more, Thursdays. You are able to sell CD's as well as a vendor.

I have a kazoo band that would be willing to perform. There are 15 of us (though one member has severe asthma, so he does more backup than lead kazoo).

We have been practicing a lot, our "Stairway to Heaven" is really good and also "A Country Boy Can Survive". We've been working on Phil Collins' "Tonight" and also Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance".

Let me know if you're interested. We're booking into August right now, but I could shuffle around a couple of gigs if needed.

brk_int,

I sent you a PM with contact info. Thanks so much. That's quite an eclectic mix. :)

Maybe you can get someone playing spoons to open for the kazoo band.

There was a guy on the Alton Big Lake Half- Marathon course playing a washboard....

We'd love to find a good opening act. I auditioned these two guys that played a 5-gallon bucket like a drum, but they couldn't carry a tune.

Nagigator 05-15-2010 07:26 PM

know anyone who can play the jug?

And In The Percussion Section...

Hows about the bones, or the washtub base?
Hubba Hubba! :liplick: :)

Please let fll sleep... tenfour.

I play a mean rip saw.

LakesRegionSpirit 05-17-2010 02:25 PM

I'm beginning to think...

That I've been had here? f not, I would really like to have the kazoo's and jugs and washboards and any other utensil musicians schedule a night at the marketplace. It could be, would be, fun?
