Piper roofing did ours a few years ago. They did it during the off season, had their own transportation, did a great job and were super easy to work with.

I had one on the ground. Dawn dish soap in a hose end sprayer at dusk, for a couple of days. Dissolved the nest and i guess killed them.

Please don't plant barberry. It harbors the mice that are hosts to deer ticks and Lyme disease. As another poster said it is invasive and very hard to control once the birds have seeded your woods.

Court has taken several large trees down for us, right next to the cabin. He is a skilled climber and did everything with no crane. Great work with the least environmental impact and fun to watch...

Skunk. On an island.

So we have had a little skunk appear, kind of late in the season. One of the Gilford islands. We should get it relocated, right? Any advice? Thanks!
