Bus
There is a bus going around that I have seen called the Roadhouse Rocket. I saw in the Daily Sun you can call it and for $6 ride it all day. The number is 603-409-5387.

Call ahead
Why wouldn't you just call ahead and make a reservation? Restaurants won't close if they know they have people coming in. Seems like a pretty simple solution.
