I've found many outdrives over the years that contain just the final driveshaft, housing and prop. But this is the first entire lower unit. The lack of damage indeed is surprising; the middle...

NHDES (or otherwise) site showing daily lake levels?

There used to be a site showing daily numerical readings. I can no longer find it. Anyone have a pointer? Sorry if this is answered elsewhere; couldn't find that either.
Thx!

Aluminum to bind the phosphorus?

I understand that the DES treated Lake Kanasatka fairly successfully with aluminum a couple years ago. Anyone aware of similar plans for Saukee?

Anyone know what this is?

Found this today boat part hunting amongst other various skegs, prop blades, etc. Some sort of hinge apparently. It has a part #: PRF3MU159B00 whose only hit on Google was a "PTO Gas Uplifter"......

Susie's right. This is on the western side of Braun Bay about 1/2 mile from the sand bar entrance. The boat traffic mostly stays on the eastern side of the bay where the entrance is.

Went to sail yesterday and found the mast had (very neatly) gone thru the hull! I've always thought of it as a precursor to the Laser: 15'-1", 75 sq ft sail (3 battens), no jib. Definitely fixable by...
