Aluminum to bind the phosphorus?
I understand that the DES treated Lake Kanasatka fairly successfully with aluminum a couple years ago. Anyone aware of similar plans for Saukee?

Anyone know what this is?
Found this today boat part hunting amongst other various skegs, prop blades, etc. Some sort of hinge apparently. It has a part #: PRF3MU159B00 whose only hit on Google was a "PTO Gas Uplifter"......
