They used a hand mobile device (wasn't connected to battery, more like a Cell phone), and also a more elaborate testing...

I called AAA around 2:15pm, they've been given me telephone updates about when Tech would arrive. It's been 5 hrs since I made my original contact, but still no signs of AAA tow truck driver.
