				 Snowshoeing
Snow shoes on a hard packed "snow shoe" trail are, well...unnecessary. And loud. And most of the people we meet along the way are carrying their snow shoes. I don't blame them.

 I would love to...

				 Hart's Turkey Farm
Shamefully, or not, but for some reason we have never gone to Hart's. Their online menu looks very...yummy, and diverse, and well-priced.

How does it compare to say, The Mug? Mame's?

				 Eagle photography
Is it illegal and/or unethical to put a dead fish on the ice to attract an eagle for photography?

If it is legal, and if it is a one-time, one-fish only event, so an eagle passing by just gets...

				 Chef in the mix
It is awesome that Lavinia's Chef has joined into the discussion. Otherwise, all our criticism and praise would be just another semi-useful way for people to vent and for some to decide whether or...

				 Magicue!
I know it was just a tent on the ice but the Canoe/O's owners kicked some serious butt feeding us during the Pond Hockey Classic last weekend. The $5 smoked brisket sandwich was the best I've ever...

				 That's a good question
 Thanks Blacksheep,

Exactly what I would have expected from Common Man too. We were told by the hostess that they had a booking for a group of 40 people and that we might want to dine upstairs if...

				 Common Man, Ashland
I love it. I love waiting upstairs for a table downstairs, sipping drinks and getting the starters out of the way, or just carving off a slice of cheese from the big block by the stairway. The food...

				 Coyote?
I saw what I think is a coyote on Mt. Cardigan. It was far away and large. Where are the nearest wolf reports? Tan color, tail held down, alone, thick coat.

100% customer satisfaction is a pipe dream.
I'm beginning to see the trend that some Senior members recently "counseled" me about. Most of the scathing restaurant reviews are being posted by Junior members.

At the risk of calling some...

Wednesday evening at Lavinia's was a very nice experience, with a corner table in the pub and some live music by a lovely lady who, according to me, sounds like a cross between the Indigo Girls,...

				 Retchety Red Squirrels
Red squirrels make a ratchet-like call very often. I would guess that wherever you are hearing the sound, you will also see some red squirrels in the area.
