bright fringe around fins
These are very probably "SUCKERS" They have a pronounced whiteish/yellowish fringe around the outer edge of their pectoral(side) fins. They are in the shallows, and in the Weirs channel this time of...

Plenty of Rainbows in Weirs channel today
One of my buddies went up this am, and reported lots of nice rainbows and a few salmon were being caught in the Weirs Beach channel this am. About 20 guys were fishing the channel.
