A neighbor up the hill on Varney Point saw one take his cat this spring while he was looking out the window. Nothing I'd like to ever see. Cat was never to be seen again. :(

Jacking up the house . . .
and putting a foundation under it is what we did. Only real solution. It add a laundry room, a work space and a 2 car garage.
p.s. Horrible job for a contractor, no one likes a crawl space. :D
